No refund of the deposit can be made.
All garments remain the property of Designs by Denise Kendall until full payment is received.
Notification of the arrival of dresses or a need for fittings will be given to the customer. The customer must make every effort to assist by making and keeping appointments.
All orders must be paid for in full upon the final fitting date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check garments before collection as Designs by Denise Kendall will not be held responsible for any damages once garments have left the premises.
